Overview -
All 77 air-conditioned bungalows of Bora Bora Lagoon Resort &
Spa have direct access to the resort’s private beach. The
bungalows feature desks with dial-up Internet access
(surcharge), direct-dial phones, and voice mail. Cable TVs
with CD and DVD players are also on offer. Other facilities
include minibars with refrigerators and complimentary botted
water. Bathrooms have Molton Brown designer toiletries,
separate tub and shower, telephones, bathrobes, and slippers.
Welcome amenities comprise leis and coconut juice. |

| Two Bedroom
Villa -
Configured of two-bedrooms measuring approximately 1593 sq.ft./
148 sqm. The double-door entrance opens to a stone-tiled living
room from where clients can view Mt. Otemanu through the sliding
glass doors. Off to each side of the living area are the bedrooms
and adjoining bathrooms. Both bathrooms are tiled in natural stone
colors with a shower, separate bathtub and private slate-stone
outdoor shower.
This villa offers a private
infinity-edged pool surrounded by a wooden deck and garden. This
is ideal for a family with small children, as they can be
accommodated under one roof, yet the parents can still have some
privacy. Located steps from the beach, not handicap accessible.

Overwater
End-of-Pontoon Bungalow -
There are six Overwater End-of-Pontoon Bungalows located at the
end of the connecting teak walkways offering unobstructed views of
Mt. Otemanu and lagoon. Each bungalow has a private deck from
where steps lead directly into the lagoon. The beautiful
underwater sea life can be admired or fed through the illuminated
glass-topped coffee table. Located in three separate villages near
the beach, swimming areas and communal pavillion. The bungalows
are oriented to maximize views and privacy.

There are 44 Overwater Bungalows lined along three walkways
arrayed from the beach over the lagoon. Each bungalow has a
private deck from where steps lead directly into the lagoon. The
beautiful underwater sea life can be admired or fed through the
illuminated glass-topped coffee table. Not handicap accessible.

Motu Suite
-
There are three Motu Suites at the resort. Located on the main
beach (1) or on the second beach (2) , these one-bedroom suites
are perfect for a couple with one or two children. Featuring views
of the beach and water, the suites consisting of a bedroom,
separate living room with a daybed, these suites offer enough
space to accommodate a rollaway (upon request and availability).
Guests can step outside on the deck to access the private garden
and private plunge pool. 926 sq. ft., not handicap accessible.

Premium
Motu Bungalow -
Featuring an outdoor soaking pool and large terrace, all Premium
Motu Bungalows are traditional Polynesian style with thatched
roofs. Located near the beach, these bungalows feature relaxing
beach views and easy access to the water. 600 sq. ft., not
handicap accessible.

Bungalow -
There are twenty-three motu bungalows with direct access to the
beach. Clients can step off the private deck onto the white sand,
they will be only steps away from the lagoon. Inside, there is
authentic local style furnishings, wood floors, bathroom with
bathtub and seperate shower. Located directly on the beach with
beach views. 600 sq. ft., not handicap accessible. |

RESTAURANTS & LOUNGES
Otemanu - Situated over water, the
restaurant cuisine is highlighted by fresh seafood, with Tahitian and French
influences across the menu. High ceilings, regional timber floors, and
furniture are offset by windowed walls offering views of the lagoon and
resort from all sides.
Café Fare - Casual ambience.
Provides light meals for mid-afternoon lunch in a cafe setting beside the
pool. Serves pizza, pasta, salads, and other light items. A Mediterranean
menu is served for dinner until late evening.
The Hiro Bar - Casual lounge area.
Open till late.
Rotopa
Bar - Offers light snacks and drinks
in a casual open-air atmosphere. Open from early afternoon to mid-evening
