Whichever climate you choose, remember to find out when the
shoulder season is at the destination you are considering. The
shoulder season is that block of weeks between the high-season and
the off-season... the time when the crowds thin, availability is
higher, and the weather and attractions are every bit as
breathtaking as during high-season ... only it's less expensive
because it's not the high-season.
